But, you know, when you were talking about these cameras, speed cameras, red light cameras.

Yeah, you're a cop.

What is this with the speed cameras?

I think it's completely unconstitutional.

And the reason is we cannot arrest on a misdemeanor unless it's witnessed.

I don't understand, you know, I think it's extortion.

You know, they're going to suspend your license and all this other stuff if you don't pay.

But you need somebody there to witness the defense.

I mean, you're going to have people slamming on brakes at the red lights so they don't get a ticket.

And you're going to rear end people.

People wearing gorilla masks so you can't be identified.
