What happened to calls?

There's nobody calling.

I've never seen that before.

I think we've never had that happen before,

so I think something's wrong with the phone. It's. 321-0-7-10. Hey, by the way, a guest is on the

other day. And then later in the day, I check the email. A lot of people email me through the

website. And I get about 10 emails saying, I hate that. Don't ever have that person on again.

If you have them on again, I always tune out when I hear them. I'm not listening if they're ever on again. Guess which guest it was?

Every single one, every guest gets that. It's perfect. I don't care who the guest is.

There's always 10 people that can't stand and send an email.

But remember, several million don't send an email and don't do that.

Also, people don't realize, you know, in the age of streaming and all this stuff, we can see

who's listening.

If a guest is bad and all of a sudden, a bunch of people tuned out, we would see that. We could actually see that in the metrics. People don't realize about metrics. You know, you start fighting with the restaurant owner. You know, why did you take that off the menu? It's great. Everybody loved it. They don't realize. He can pick up his phone and bring up the metrics. It'll show you

exactly what percentage order it, what percentage didn't, you know, what's the most popular

dish, what's the least popular. It's not about your opinion. They can actually see for themselves.
