What I was wondering is I know Cuomo did the no bail, which is horrendous.

But did he do sentencing guidelines also?

Because these people have been arrested so many times,

they've got to show up in court sooner or later.

And what happens there?

Are they just giving them no sentences at all?

Yeah, for most of them, again, you're a cop, right?

Yeah.

Have you ever heard of such a thing like i just read

there's one guy in new york with 600 uh serious felonies who gets let out it's it's

i'm speechless i it's there's so much blood on kamo's hands it's unbelievable i can't even

believe anybody would vote for him in new york city but but it's just the sentencing guidelines, you know, they did the three strikes you out years ago. But I just don't understand why these people don't end up in jail. I mean, when they go before a judge, what is happening then? And Cuomo, where there's no bail, no jail.
