I'm just curious to your thoughts on real estate in New York City,

of course, the real estate and real estate prices going forward. Wow, the real estate is booming in New York City, cost of real estate and real estate prices going forward.

Wow, the real estate is booming in New York City. You cannot get an apartment, and you can't rent an

apartment. The market is just totally millions of people moving in. Rental is an indication

people moving into New York. So nobody's frightened by this Monday guy?

There might be a couple who are going to leave, but more people are coming in than leaving.

In fact, high-end apartments, there's very little inventory.

Price going crazy.

More contracts signed in the last month than usual.

I mean, actual sales where it went to closing and a contract

skyscrapers are going up all over New York brett the whole skyline is going to change in the

next five years massive really tall skyscrapers one going in at 53rd in Madison one going at

58th and Madison one going at Park Avenue and 52nd. They're all over New York. These huge skyscrapers are being built. These are all the top builders in New York. And every one of these skyscrapers, you know, it costs a billion, two billion, three. You've seen this J.P. Morgan, unbelievable building that opened up on Park Avenue. Two billion dollar skyscraper. Well, now they're going to do a second one. They want to do a second one. Rumor is they're going to take the Roosevelt Hotel and put it there. So all these big top real estate guys wouldn't be spending this money if they weren't confident in New York. Let's go to Rob and Franklin Square. Rob, how you doing? Pretty good, Mark. How are you?
