administration begins, are most of the Biden low-level staffers asked to resign, or do they remain in the White

House? Well, see, that's a good question, Dave. Now, what happens is you put your cabinet in, and underneath the cabinet member,

the secretary of whatever, he puts in, he fills like the top 20, 30 jobs under him. But under

that are like a thousand, two thousand in some departments, 10,000 people that are there permanently.

They call it the permanent government.

And when they say the deep state, it's an actual thing.

So the president in the White House, you know, picks his chief as advisors, is this,

but there's another two, three hundred people working in the White House who've been there forever.

Now,

those people are not so political. The, you know, like the chef, the people that run the house,

do the cleaning, do everything, they're permanent. But when you get to the State Department,

for instance, you put your Secretary of State in, he puts, fills the top 20 jobs with people you can

trust. But under that, in the state department, it's like 20,000 people you can't trust, way down

the totem pole. That's what they call the deep state, the permanent government. And they actually

talk about that, these guys, when you talk to them, I remember the first time Trump got elected, they said,

some of them actually said to me, I hope he knows he's not really in charge.

He's just temporary.

We'll be here long after he's gone.

So they are kind of bureaucratically evil.
