I saw this report in yesterday, Chicago Sun-Times. Federal judge ordered construction stopped for the

White House ballroom. He claims it needs congressional approval. Lastly, I thought President Trump was

paying for this project on his own, so I really don't understand the problem here.

Well, it's a good question.

The president, the whole thing is financed.

It won't cost the taxpayers' assent.

The judge declaring, it's a left-wing judge.

Look at his picture with the bowtie and the crazy crazy eyebrows and he's saying the president doesn't

have the authority to make massive alterations to the White House.

He is merely the steward, not the owner of the White House.

It needs congressional approval.

Maybe.

But it's not, in other words, there's a separation of powers.

If the Congress decides to remodel the capital, does the president have to approve?

No, it's their building.
