In 2019, five years ago, Donald Trump tweeted a number of tweets to Gavin Newsom explaining to

him, you've got to start doing forest maintenance, you've got to start getting a water

supply, all the climate activists cut all this off. And that's why these fires are out of

control. He said, because you go through this all the time and then the federal government

has to come in and bail you out. And this has got to stop. Start doing what a

responsible leader would do and fix this problem. You're causing your own wildfires, and you're

causing the lack of water, deliberately causing it, so you can't fight the fight. So why should the federal

government keep spending billions?
