Listen, about this congestion pricing, what if Hockel just ignores it and just keep doing it? What can the federal government or what can, I mean, Trump can't come in to have people come

into New York and just take them down.

Can she beat this?

Can she win?

Well, that's an interesting question now.

The way it works, in order to do it, technically, legally, you're supposed to have all

kinds of federal studies, EPA study approval on it.

The president will actually has withdraw those studies and take them away.

Then she won't take it down.

She'll go into court.

A judge will have to rule on it.

They'll get a left-wing cook, left-wing Manhattan judge who hates Trump,

who will just automatically rule in Hockel's favor. And then they'll have to take it to a higher court. Once it gets to a real court, a real judge, he'll look at the facts. And I would think, I'm just guessing, I don't know, without the EPA approval studies, all that clear. It probably would go, but it could take a while.

Even if she loses, she doesn't care.

She just wants to be in a battle with Trump because she's going to have trouble getting

reelected.

She's trying to win over the far left by looking like, I hate Trump, I'm fighting Trump,

Trump's the enemy.
