and it takes about seven to ten years for people to really realize your name and put it with your face. And then it takes about seven to ten years for them to forget when you're not on. Did he have insurance?

Absolutely not.

They don't bother taking insurance.

They're illegal and they just don't care

but what happens in new jersey is we all as drivers have to increase our uninsured

motorist provision because people like this drive around with no insurance and who pays for it

the policy holder right so you know we're we're all in a

financial bind here uh we think people driving around no license killing people and no insurance
