Is there anything to that? Yes. They're trying to recruit them. The Republicans want them to run. Everybody likes

them. Can finance the campaign. You know, the problem is you're going to have every politician

jump into the, if anything happens to Adams, you're going to have every politician jump in.

All the, I can't remember these names, these bland little, you know, little cogs of the machine.

You're going to have all these hacks, these mediocre political hacks, and then you're going to have,

the problem is you get a lot of business guys, but most of these business guys are total stiffs.

You don't want them running.

You know, the head of the such, the chairman of this bank, the hedge fund, you can fall asleep

looking at him. So John's got the personality, he's got the money. People are pushing

him to run. But I think they're going to try to keep Eric Adams there for it. Adams does not

want to leave because if he leaves, he's got real trouble. You know, as long as he's the mayor, he can raise money for a defense fund. Donors, as long as he's mayor, the donors will keep giving him money, as long as he's in office. He can do your little favors here and there, and he does not want to leave. And it looks like a Hockel and the Democrats democrats the powers that be in the new york democratic party

don't want them to leave they'd rather just get everybody in the administration to leave and replace

them with better people they just put in a couple of new people old hands who'd been in the

bloomberg administration adams came in with all these questionable characters these cronies so one So one by one, they were placing them with stable, long-time city hall types,

and they figured that way they can keep Adams alive.
