The congestion pricing, we all know it's a money grab,

and it's even more obvious about the two plus dollars that they want after nine p.m.

And most of us know there isn't any really problems with traffic after nine p.m. in the town.

Well, congestion pricing has never, ever, ever been about congestion. That's the last reason they do it.

It's strictly for money. In fact, in other places, London,

you know, when they do it, if it brings down the congestion, they lower the price to get that

congestion back. They actually do it just for the revenue. It's like the red light camera.

You know, they'll put it in an intersection, let's say Glen Cove Road, Glen Cove Road, an old country road,

or Roseville Field, red light camera.

Well, it brings in a ton of revenue.

But then everybody knows it's there, so they don't go through that red light anymore.

So they moved the red light camera.

It wasn't about preventing people going through it.

It was about revenue.
