Lockett here with view on another hump day edition of the show where I want to start

I got to start by apologizing for having that on the background.

We're going to hear a little Matt Jones trivia night probably in the background from Mr. Lockett.

So I want to start by saying I used to really enjoy when we got to do this show

and we just got to preview a football game where we didn't know what was going to happen

one way or the other.

We just got to talk about the football game.

Unfortunately, that's been, that's not really been the case the last year or so, and it's not,

it's not a lot of fun.

So I just wanted to preface it with that

because texas is playing at kentucky for the first time ever and it it doesn't really matter

doesn't really feel like it now they might go out and give them some hell on Saturday night, and I kind of have a

feeling that they will give them some hell. But I do just, I hate that we're going to do an

hour-long show before Kentucky plays Texas for the first time at Cogorfield. They've got a

manning in a quarterback. And, like, actually, there's, there is a path where another team showed

them how Texas can be susceptible to an upset in this sort of situation.

But instead, we're going to spend the first, I don't know, 45, 50 minutes talking about a bunch of other stuff because that's where the program is right now.

It's not in a great place.

It's unfortunate, but we know that's what you want to talk about.

So we're going to let it rip.

We're going to share our thoughts on a myriad of situations from Stoops Virginia Tech to Mitch Barnhart and also a recruiting development that was eye opening.
