So a few more details coming out about the Mark Sanchez incident in Indianapolis.

And now the lawsuits are flying all over the place.

And now that we know that this was a 69-year-old man and you see the pictures of it and now there was going to be civil suits, obviously the criminal charges are out there.

And a felony charge is now a part of this,

which is a huge deal. It carries a jail sentence of one to five years. But there's some stuff

in there with the civil... Are they still charging people for that?

Well, I guess in other states, yes. Okay. But yeah, so, yeah, I mean, this keeps getting

uglier for him. The one thing that I think was a little silly is the suing Fox for a negligent hire. I mean, I mean, listen, that's just an ambulance, Jason lawyer that's doing that. Yeah, but there are legitimate things in there. And now he's facing a felony charge, which, I mean, could lead to jail time. So this is, this is incredible how this

happened. And then everybody you talk to, now, I don't know if they're going to publicly come out

and be like, you know, Mark was having some issues or Mark had a problem with this. But it really

seems like everybody coming to his defense is saying this is so unbelievably out of character for him that it's

hard to believe well he obviously was drinking that night and who knows what else he may have been

doing that made him not even remember the night before according to him that's what he said but

i told you yesterday that the lawsuit is going to be flying. The civil lawsuit is going to be huge.

And when you see the victim in this particular fight and what he looks like at the age of 69,

laying in a bed with a knife gash through his cheek that cut it all the way into his tongue,

like, how did Mark get the knife?

I mean, he's a big, strong guy fighting a 70-year-old.

I know, but the other weird thing is, it was reported that Mark Sanchez was running

wind sprints.
