Let's start with Penn Station.

It's got to be rebuilt.

It's a dump.

It's a horrible looking.

It looks like Rikers Island.

Penn Station is just awful.

They've got to rebuild it.

There's been talk for years, but it's getting to the point where they're really going to rebuild Penn Station.

Now, there's that beautiful, magnificent post office building behind Madison Square Garden.

They're talking about making that the news station. But whatever they do, it's going to take a lot

of money. It's going to be $7 billion. Actually, if you let the government do it, it'd be $20 billion.

If Donald Trump does it, he'll probably get it down to $5 billion because he's a real

builder, unlike the government where they, you know, overpay by 10 million percent for

everything.

Trump would get it done, not to mention New York State keeps claiming they don't have any money.

Hey, now it should be pointed out.

Kathy Hochel and Albany, the legislation, they've come up with a budget.

And every expert looking at the budget says it's totally reckless and irresponsible.

The New York State budget they've come up with is $254 billion.

$254 billion.

Now, Florida has a bigger, much bigger population than New York and more major cities.

Their budget's $115 billion.
