Now, you know, why would a hotel want to become a migrant hotel?

Well, because you can make a fortune. This one hotel,

this one hotel got 170 million in a contract to house the migrants. And some of them,

you know, Roosevelt, some of these hotels are getting $250 million contract. It's more money than you can

make as a regular hotel. So that's why they did it.

So it looks like that's it. That's the final migrant hotel, unless you see the nut job,

Kamimam Dami, the Champagne Socialists get in, then that could change. But right now,

that's good. Las Vegas having a hard time. For some reason,

tourism is way down in Las Vegas. You know, they just made the new law that you don't have to pay

tax on your tips. And most of Las Vegas, the employees there, make most of their money on tips.

So this was great for them. But at the same time, there most of their money on tips. So this was great for them.

But at the same time, there was like a 12% drop in visitation and a big drop in spending in Las Vegas.

Now, it's, well, one of the reasons people point out that it just got so expensive in Las Vegas.

It's not Monte Carlo, where you got all these zillionaire high rollers.

And they're not, they don't want to pay $18 for a bottle of water in the mini bar.

Martini's $37, $25 drinks, $30 pancakes, $35 burgers.
