Well, there's a lot going on.

Let's, what are we to start?

The Diddy trial continues.

Here's the problem.

You've got the woman and others testifying about the orgies, the freak-offs, the sex, the videotaping

it, the this, the that, it's disgusting, it's immoral. It could be a little bit of fun, but it's

disgusting, you can't do it, but it's not illegal. So as far as the criminal charges in trying to convict this guy, that doesn't mean anything legally.

They got eight men and four women on the jury.

Something that helps, Diddy, because men obviously be more tolerant about the sex stuff.

But again, it's not the sex part of it.

That's not a crime.

So what they're trying to prove is that this woman and others were forced into it without their consent. They were held hostage, basically. They couldn't get away. That's the tough part to prove. Now they've got some texting back and forth.

Some of it where it looks like she's consenting to it, where she's agreeing to it.

There was one text where she says something like, you know, this is terrible, we shouldn't be doing this,

but it doesn't mean she's being held prisoner to it so they haven't clearly made

the case yet now you've seen that video where he drags her out into the hall or she's in the

hallway she's trying to get away from the elevator he comes out and he just beats her and knocks her down

and then when she's on the ground it's like he's polly walnuts kicking her and kicking her while she's on the ground it's disgusting like he's Polly Walnut's kicking her and kicking her while she's on the

ground. It's disgusting. But that's, believe it or not, he's not being charged with that. That's

just being introduced to show that he will hold somebody captive and not let them get away.
