Hey, it's going to be another beautiful day, another summer day, 80 degrees today.

So you remember Christy Noam, the Homeland Security head in a restaurant had her purse snatched.

The thief snatched her Gucci purse

filled with all kinds of stuff,

including her Homeland Security badge,

her passport,

thousands in cash, credit cards.

Well, it looks like they caught the guy.

He's an illegal.

What's his name?

Bustamante Lieve, whatever his name is.

As soon as he took the stuff, the credit card,

he immediately went to this nice restaurant in D.C.

And started eating and drinking and apparently stayed there until about midnight running up a bill

of a couple of hundred dollars and you know if you stole a purse and you looked in and found

this big badge in there head of homeland security i don't know i think i'd get the hell out of that

neighborhood but uh he went right in there eating

and drinking and drinking until about midnight, charging it to the credit card.

Of course, as soon as you charge it to the credit card, they're going to find you because they'll

see the activity on the credit card. Apparently, Ait and drank so much he fell asleep outside of the

table and remained there till about
