Hey, well, a lot of stuff going on this morning.

President Trump signing an executive order designed to end cash, cash bail this cashless bail that

Andrew Cuomo stuck us with in New York the no bail no jail let everybody out it's caused

a big crime wave here in New York City it's done the same in every other city where it's

put in so now this is tricky.

The president's signing an executive order.

It says ending cashless bail, but that's tricky.

You can't really do that in local jurisdictions.

But apparently what the order will do is threaten to revoke federal funding for any jurisdiction that does this cashless

bail. Attorney General Pam Bondi is providing the White House with a list of all the no cash

bail jurisdictions. Now, again, what happens is you get a violent criminal who robs, mugs,

does some horrible crime on the street.

Because of Andrew Cuomo here in New York, he put in this no cash, no bail, no jail, cashless bail.

The judge has to release him.

I know it sounds insane.

Even if he comes in with this is his 43rd time in the last six months,

judge still has to release him. This is one reason you've got to make sure Andrew Cuomo never gets back in office.

He's the guy that gave us this no bail, no jail crap that was so awful. And listen to Cuomo over the weekend.

There has never been any credible

evidence from anyone, any study that said bail reform has been an issue in increased crime.

There's also no study that shows if you shoot somebody in the head, they could die.
