Well, the good news is it's Friday.

The other thing is it looks like Hunter Biden has a real problem with these charges.

He's been hit with so many different charges over a lot of taxes that he did.

Now, he's been hit with everything failure to report

failure to file uh failure to pay uh every kind of income tax evasion charge you can get hit with

he's facing 17 years in prison all of these different charges i've talked to a number of criminal

lawyers and they all

tell me the same thing. This is open and shut. It's just there. It's accounting. It's black and

white. It's numbers on a piece of paper. There's no way around this. And they say if a client came to

them with this stuff, the first thing they would say to him is you got an almost certain conviction.

And in every case where this happens, federal charges, it's some jail time.

And again, you can try to make a plea deal.

You know, when you see on Law & Order to make a plea deal for no jail time, that's local.

You can make a deal with the no jail time. That's local. You can make a deal

with the local prosecutors that would include no jail time. Federal, you can't make any kind of deal.

The only deal you can make with a federal prosecutor is you can make a deal onto what you'll be

charged with and bring it down to these charges. But federal federal prosecutors you can't make you any deal

on jail time that's strictly up to the judge now uh knowing the Biden administration and the

weasely dirty corrupt weaponized justice department of Merrick Garland who knows maybe they got some

way to get it in front of a friendly
