Well, lots to get to this hour.

If you live in Manhattan, you just see them Yeah. If you live in...

If you live in Manhattan, you just see them everywhere.

If you come into the city, beautiful buildings covered with these scaffolds.

Now, some are just wooden, crappy-looking scaffolding all around the building.

And then if it's something like the Tiffany store or they got to do it at the polo store, you notice it's very ornate, extremely expensive scaffolding.

And some of that costs like $100,000 a month to put up.

And they'll put up the fancy store.

They'll put up that scaffolding, a really fancy ornate scaffolding with the logo all

over it and lights on it and everything. But most buildings get that wooden, dirty-looking

scaffolding with the pipes holding it up. And 9,000 of them in New York right now.

It's amazing, isn't it? Yeah. Well, they get put up and never get taken down.

That's the thing.

Yeah, well, there's two reasons for that. One, they've got to do work on the buildings. It's mostly the stone and brick buildings, the glass modern skyscrapers. Like the one we're in now, you don't need any of that. but the old brick buildings, you know, stone buildings,
