indictment, which should fall apart completely. You know, the first arraignment, the first

proceedings, generally dull, nothing happens. They set dates at some point for when these

motions can be made. Expect a lot of this

indictment to get tossed out. It seems like you've got a fair judge down there. It's not a biased

slanted D.C. court. It's a Miami situation. So most of this will get dismissed. And then

eventually it should all get tossed out. Remember this

prosecutor as vicious as he is, this crazy lunatic named Jack Smith. Do you take a look at this

guy? He looks like a thug. But then I watched him make a speech the other day and he was trembling

because it wasn't his territory. He feels much safer in the inner sanctums of the Department of Injustice.

Yeah, now you might say, well, it's Jack Smith, if that's really his name.

Jack Smith, he's a toughest prosecutor.

Oh, he has prosecuted some of the most high-profile cases against famous political figures.

It should be pointed out he lost every single one of them.

The last five big-time political figures he went after, Governor Virginia, John Edwards,

Lois Lerner, and others, lost every single case.

And always for the same reason.

It was a stupid, ridiculous case where he ginned up some ridiculous evidence

that didn't hold up, and he twisted the charges into something they weren't. And that's what

he's done here. There's nothing criminal here. And it's been ruled in a courtroom before in the

Clinton case. This is pretty much settled law, and that was a D.C. court where they ruled

the Presidential Records Act takes precedence, and there's no possible criminal element to it.
