You have to remember, in all of these cases,

all four cases, nobody has ever been charged with this, ever. Now, take a look at this

Letitia James case. You would think if there was anything wrong with this, it's done all the

time, you know, putting a high value on your apartment or your building or whatever, it's done all the time, you know, putting a high

value on your apartment or your building or whatever, it's done all the time. You would think

somebody, somewhere, with all the real estate mortgage, all the stuff going on in New York,

you would think somewhere, somebody would have been charged with this. Nobody's ever been

charged with this. Same thing ever been charged with this.

Same thing with the Alvin Bragg case.

It's a bizarre federal law that doesn't even apply that he bent and twisted to fit this case.

And both the Bragg and the Letitia James case will be tossed out when it goes to a legitimate court, most likely a federal court. And they're

waiting for that. They thought maybe that they might have gotten some federal help on Friday or

Saturday. It didn't happen yet. It may happen today. So both these cases will easily get tossed out

on an appeal. Now, what about that bond that's due today? I don't know what he's going to do. There were about four options on the table. One of them was to do nothing, just not pay it.
