Just looking at that video, you know it's wrong. No one has the right to take the life of another person.

Well, that's not true under the law. There are many occasions where you do have the right to take the life of another person.

You know, if you're at home and you're a legal gun owner and somebody comes into your house, you can actually shoot them legally. You can, there are many times where it's self-defense. Now, you could argue, is this one of those cases? But there are, she's wrong about the law. There are cases where it is not wrong to take somebody's life if you have to. Now, if you look into the facts of this case,

one of the big arguments is, why do you have him in this chokehold 15 minutes? It looks like

he only had him in the chokehold for three minutes. And then two other, now two other people

joined in to hold the guy down once he had him down. So we'll see what happens to them. They've

done a great job of keeping the name quiet of this former Marine, who to most people is a hero, to most sane people is a hero. They'll decide whether
