the lights on and off. They got, look at those switches. They're like these command centers of

nobody can figure out how to work them, but you can do all kinds. You can program a million

ways. No one knows how, but pretty amazing.

Now, in the old place, when you wanted to go to the men's room,

you had like a two-mile walk here, right over there, right down the hall.

Perfect.

Kitchen right there.

Everything laid out just right.

So, and we sound okay. Phones are working. We'll take some calls in a little while.

And look at all the walls. There's these big 65-inch screens. Every wall is a big huge TV screen.
