They got seven jurors in the first two days.

They were on track to

be able to start on Monday. But today, problems. One juror that had been approved had to be

dismissed. Turns out she said she would not be able to be fair and unbiased. And now there's another

juror they're looking at who's already on the jury that may be a question

mark on.

Today's first prospective juror, turns out worked in the court for a while as a law clerk.

That's not good.

Now, they just cleared another one two minutes ago.

On Upper West Side, stay-at-home mom who says she doesn't follow the news.

She says, I don't have a TV. I don't even have a TV.

Who the hell doesn't have a TV? I mean, you know, it's salary sounds a little strange.

Who doesn't have a television? Well, now, wait a minute, but actually, you know, a lot of

younger people, people under 30 don't own television sets anymore. They watch everything on a computer, on their phone. But, you know, just because she says they don't have a TV doesn't mean she doesn't follow the news. This is another concern. Some people are saying there are a lot of left-wing Trump haters that are saying whatever, whatever they have to say to get on this jury. So I don't know. I don't know. I don't even have TV.

That doesn't mean you don't watch all the time on your phone, on your computer, I don't know. So we'll see.
