well it's friday just uh the final a friday before christmas and uh how did it get to be

new years already it was just summer and then fall flew by uh winter officially and how did it get to be New Year's already?

It wasn't just summer and then fall flew by?

Winter officially begins tomorrow.

There might be a little coating or a dusting of snow here in Manhattan and maybe even an inch or two outside of New York.

It's been a big year in New York City.

New York is back bigger than ever.

We set the all-time record for tourists

this past year. Sixty-five million tourists came to New York. Sixty-five million. 80% from the

United States, 20% from other countries. If you've been walking around Manhattan the last few

days, you know it is absolutely mob.

The stores are packed.

The streets are packed.

The hotels are full and more...

Now, they're more expensive than ever, but part of the reason is because the illegals,

they've taken something like 200 hotels off the market, creating an even bigger shortage of rooms, driving the price up.

But as Steve Kuzzo reported yesterday, even commercial office space, not only back bigger than ever, but we're starting to see a shortage of commercial office space in New York.
