the worst inflation in the world it's's ridiculously high. And for one month,

it didn't move. That means it's flat. It's still bad. So if you got the worst grades in the world

and your parents are screaming at you, and the next time you said, good news, zero percent

drop. But it didn't go up. I mean, zero percent drop.

That for month over month was zero because something went up, something now.
