Well, lots to get to today. We'll get to inflation, business, what's going to happen?

Crime going crazy in New York. But Joe Bartlett, explain this. Crime is way up. It's more dangerous.

But rents are going way up. Residential leases are way up. Sales are way up. Sometimes it's shown an apartment. There's a line of

people waiting to rent it. Why is that? How did that happen? I guess people aren't afraid.

Well, there's people that want to move in here. There's a lot of people moving out, moving to

Florida or South Carolina or Austin or wherever they're moving to. But there's a lot of people moving in.

And they say it tend to be younger, you know, tech types that want to be in the city.

Lots of foreigners are coming here.

Now, the other thing is when you destroy our economy, we've seen this before a couple of times.

When you get a Joe Biden who completely destroys the economy foreign buyers come running in here remember

last time around all the you know one wave with all the Asians came in and

bought up all the top apartments then there were all the Russians came in and

bought them all up it's a good place to stash money by putting it into an apartment or some real estate.

So you're going to see that. We're seeing a lot of that already. Every time you watch the local news,

11 o'clock news, 6 o'clock news, all it is for the first 10 minutes there, who got shot, who got

stabbed. And uh you know

the crime reporter at the local tv station used to work once every couple of days maybe twice a week

he'd get on the news now the crime reporter's got the first 10 minutes every night of every

newscast but just watch any any uh watch the news at noon 11 o o'clock, 6 o'clock. As soon as it comes on, it's, uh, the police car with the lights going, the yellow tape and the reporter standing in the air. Here's who got shot. Everybody's getting shot, stabbed.
