Also, right now, Donald Trump is sitting in a Manhattan courtroom. Nobody knows what the hell he's being charged with.

Nobody could figure that there is no charge. There is no actual crime here of any kind.

Alvin Bragg has slapped together a bunch of things, claiming there's some underlying crime, but even

he has so far not been able to identify

what the underlying crime is.

It's a guy being charged with something

nobody's ever been charged with in history.

The non-disclosure agreement, hush money, perfectly

legal, nothing there. You can, I mean, we went to this last hour, but there's nothing there.

So what Bragg is going to try to do is claim there was some sort of, all of this stuff is

legal, the paying the money, the signing the non-disclosure. He's going to claim it had something to do

with election interference, that he was hiding things. Now, here's the other part of the case.

There was another story. I think it was that playboy playmate who was going to come out and

she wrote a whole piece about having an affair with Donald Trump. So Trump's good friend runs the National Enquirer.

So this is called a catch and kill.

This, by the way, is done all the time, constantly.
