It's only Monday, and already this UN week is going to take place all week.

It'll get worse tomorrow.

Actually, tonight it might get bad.

President Biden may come in tonight.

You're not only going to have the president here.

You're going to have all these world leaders.

And all of them require massive police protection.

And they close up all these streets all over there.

There's going to be told so many street closures.

You do not want to drive anywhere into Manhattan this week, especially today,

tomorrow, Wednesday.

Might ease up towards the end of the week, but probably not.

The problem is, I know you said, well, the UN is over on First Avenue, like in the 40s.

Why don't they just close it there?

Well, these world leaders stay at all the hotels all over Manhattan, all over Midtown,

the plaza over there, the Hilton over there, the Warwick over there, the Essex House over there, the staying at all the different hotels. So a lot of them, they'll close up the side streets around the hotel, and then if some of these people move around, they'll close up the avenues, it's going to be a nightmare. So it may look okay. I just look it out the window now. It doesn't look so bad to 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue, 57th, 56, 55th. But you see they got those barricades set up all over the street. So at any moment they could close things off. And when Biden comes in may be coming in tonight, it'll get better.

I don't know why. He keeps staying at the Essex House on 59th Street, Central Park South.

All of a sudden he loves the Essex House to the last few visits. It was the Waldorf for years,

but the Waldorf has closed. Essex House is right over there by Columbus Circle. Now,

there's a much better hotel a block away. Essex House is nice, but by Columbus Circle. Now, there's a much better hotel, a block away.
