And he went after a rape victim a week and a half ago.

I mean, really browbeat this rape victim for supporting Trump.

It was Nancy Mace, the Congresswoman, and she just said what you're doing is disgusting.

But in the process, Stephanopoulos kept screaming Trump has been found liable for rape.

He's been convicted of rape.

Well, that's absolutely not true.

And Trump has filed a major lawsuit this morning in federal court, Miami federal court.

Now, the problem is in a, it's a defamation suit.

The problem in a defamation suit, you have to prove malice.

That's the toughest thing.
