Now, the big news is Eric Adams, this is just breaking, the case against Eric Adams has been dumped, dropped.

No case against Eric Adams. The case has been dropped. It was believed to have been lawfare from the Biden administration. It was brought here in New York by the U.S. attorney who at the time was Damian Williams, nice guy, but a protege of Merrick Garland, very close to Merrick Garland.

He had been his aide, his clerk, his whatever, his assistant for a long time.

So, that dirty Merrick Garland, who just quietly, he's the smartest of all of them, because he just went away quietly.

You'll never hear from him again because he engaged in the most disgusting, dirty lawfare,

sleazyest attorney general we've ever seen.

But Damien Williams, his guy, is the guy that brought the Eric Adams case.

It has been dropped.

The judge dismissed it this morning, which means Adams can begin a campaign to run for mayor.

You know, you keep hearing Cuomo is so far ahead.

Well, obviously, name recognition, and Cuomo's been out there campaigning.

Adams has not begun a campaign yet.

Not that he'll necessarily be successful, but he hasn't even begun yet because he was

waiting for this case to get dismissed and it just got dismissed an hour ago. And tomorrow, I think,

is the final deadline for filing for mayoral race. And so Adams will get in the race. He'll go after

Cuomo. There's a lot. I'm not saying Adams is the greatest mayor, but there's a hell of a lot of baggage with Cuomo.

He's got the most disastrous record ever as governor.
