Well, we'll get to Kathy Hokel, the state of the state speech.

Did not impress anybody.

We'll get to President Trump.

We'll get to Iran.

We'll get to Kamala Harris.

We'll get to Mamdani, who turns out now to be a great texting buddy with Donald Trump.

It said that they text a few times a week.

At least twice a week they text.

It's a bromance that has blossomed.

They discuss a wide range of topics.

Lately they've discussed Venezuela. Zoning red tape in the Big Apple, real estate. And now, why does Trump like to tell? Well, he'll talk to anybody. He'll talk. You could be his worst enemy. You could be the New York Times. You could be Bill Maher. He'll bring you right into the White House, sit down with you, talk to you. It could be the awful, evil, deceptive, corrupt 60 minutes. He'll sit down with

you again and talk to you. Does it all the time. And in the case of Mom Dani, he is the mayor of New York,

so he does have a lot of power over New York real estate where Trump has a huge stake.

And they, you know, it's like that old godfather, keep your enemies closer, kind of a deal.

Sources say Mamdani is not kissing his rear end, but speaking out to Trump on his beliefs.

Now, of course, Trump kind of rolling his eyes as he texts back.

The budding relationship, the regularity of the texting are a big departure from previous interactions between presidents and New York City.

And that might be part of it.
