around, you should see the way this place looks the

construction is unbelievable i mean just spent a fortune on this then you got the equipment in the studio

but they said they were uh forced to put in the equipment while the construction was still going on

you know they're putting up sheet rock and all that stuff and it's possible that tons of sheet rock dust got into the equipment

oh that's great yeah but i checked and there's only like 172 more pieces of equipment that could go

out at any moment so don't worry about it we're fine we have replacement equipment ready

uh they store this on the 10th floor though and, and you've got to wait for an elevator, but

it'll be a while.

Anyway, where were we?

So, you know, the reason we have all this inflation is the out of control ridiculous spending.
