He got a big break in his trial that may help him get off.

We'll get to the VP, who's the vice president going to be

we'll get to um uh Columbia and it's anti-semitism and well that's a long story we'll get to that

coming up uh Joe Biden the latest is he won't go he will not go now uh there's been all this talk that at the convention, he'll step down and then they'll

appoint Michelle Obama. That was a dumb rumor created by the donors at their dinner party. There's

no Michelle Obama. That was never going to be. Democrats now know that, but here's the problem.

Biden has to step down if they want to replace him.

They can't remove him. There's the only ways you could, there are a couple of ways you could

remove him. You could try the 25th Amendment. That's pretty much impossible. It can't be done.

The vice president, Kamala Harris, would have to start that and then she'd have to get a majority of the cabinet members to vote, yes, that's not going to happen. It's impossible.

And it's certainly impossible. There's only 40 days till the convention.

There's only 40 days to the convention. You couldn't get that done in 40 days. And you can't get it done anyway. Kamala Harris is not going to go out on a limb with any 25th amendment. You could, if Biden refused

to go, he has the delegates. They're committed to him, state by state by state. There are different

rules. But apparently there is something in the rules that if for some moral reason or they suddenly feel he's declared unfit for office, then the delegates could take their votes from him and give him to somebody else.

But they would have to declare Biden unfit for office.

Now, the way they could do that is the people actually running stuff,

Obama and his group could just have everything go public. He has Alzheimer's, he has this,

he has that, and then that would possibly release the delegates. But again, and they're looking
