We'll go over the State of the Union.

What's going to happen tonight?

We'll get to Alec Baldwin.

Is he going to get convicted?

The fact that the armor just got convicted, is that bad or good for him. We'll get to

silly Kathy Hokel and her little stunts, her little political stunts. We'll get to the Oscars.

We'll get to the CNN, MSNBC, under fire for all kinds of crazy behavior. So tonight is the

State of the Union. It's at nine o'clock now. The trick for Joe Biden is you've got to do about 40 minutes. It can be an hour. It could be an hour and a half. It could be two hours. They're very long speeches. But as you know, with Joe Biden, if he has to speak for one minute, sometimes disaster happens. So how does he get through 40 minutes? It's not

going to be easy. Now, here's a couple of things I'm hearing. Democrats have been told

to applaud everywhere they can. You know, they call it an applause line. When you say some

slogan and then everybody starts applauding and then they stand. Democrats have been told

to do that a lot and applaud a long time because that way it can be a 25-minute speech,

but with all the applause put in there, it'll take 40 minutes to deliver it.

So it'll look like he gave a 40-minute speech.

Now, here's the other thing.

Apparently, a big part of the speech. You got to remember,

this is his first campaign speech. This is normally a state of the union that occurs in January.

By the way, you'll notice the mainstream media totally ignores the fact that he's two months

late with this speech. He's very late with this speech.
