Most major US equity indices down on the week, despite a generally strong earning season,

Amazon disappointed yesterday after the bell, missing on the top line and the bottom line

that's revenue and net income.

Amazon stock looks like down about seven and a half percent for the day.

Once again, for the week, most of the major US equity indices are lower,

especially Nasdaq Composite and Nasdaq 100.

Both off over 1% on the week, one exception to this is the Russell 2000.

It looks like up about 0.6% on the week.
