what's starting strength, who's Mark Riptoe, what's going on? Mark Riptoe,

he's gonna explain a little bit about about his background but is, he's got this really solid, really I would say even massive cult following in the fitness world.

He started this program called Starting Strength, which is something that I did

a few years ago and I tapped into it. And what it is, is it's doing certain exercises.

We're talking about deadlifting, squatting, bench press, power cleans cleans so doing these core exercises and the whole concept

behind it is you were doing a lot of I'm not going to get into the micro details but just

understand that you do a lot of warm-ups and then you do what's called the final

set so for example you want to to beat 100 pounds on your bench press, okay?
