Thank you, Matthew. I know you've got an interesting career. You were a web designer yourself.

You worked in private clients doing their

marketing. And then back in 2008, you saw the light and decided to build your own business.

So what was it that sort of gave you the motivation to leave from, you know, what at one time,

maybe not so much anymore was the safe world of employed work and branch out into building a business.

The honest answer is 2008, if you cast your mind back, was a really interesting time in the markets.

And I was actually let go from a company because I was a non-fee owner and I used that as an opportunity really to build upon some kind of private work I've been doing,

building websites for a while, and really kind of spun that into a positive, really.

I think it's probably a good lesson out there for some others at the moment as well.
