Well, you see, if you enforce criminal laws, it will have a disparate impact.

It turns out that, well, you've seen the stats just on New York City.

I think black people are, what, like 20% of the city, but 90% of the shooters.

As, you know, Michael Bloomberg, among others, has given out the facts

when they were attacking him for sending police officers to majority black neighborhoods.

Incidentally, it wasn't that long ago, but the media was not like peddled to the metal lying about this.

There was an article, I may be writing about this soon, in 2015 in the New York Times,

that among other things pointed out that criminologists say the level of crime in a neighborhood

is basically proportional to the percentage of black people in the neighborhood.
