I'm really excited to be here. Yeah, well, it's like a whole different world. Well, you've been up to

this end of the floor, right? It's like different from that end where Z100 is. It's quiet.

Yes, it's amazing, you know, all the100 is it's quieter up yeah it's amazing you know

all the different genres on one floor but i think we all are connected it's just always want to say

hi but when i'm on the air of course we're not on at the same time but yeah it's so cool to know your

reading all these articles that loneliness has become a huge epidemic all over is that what you're

finding in your practice yeah I like to look at my work with my therapy and coaching clients and see if

there is you know if there's themes that are

coming up. And this is kind of something that really relates to us all. Something that touches us

all is our phones. You know, phones themselves aren't, you know, innately good or bad. They're

simply tools. The question is, how are they showing up in our lives? Are they helping us connect

and live more fully? Or are they leaving us depleted and disconnected?

So, you know, it all depends on what you use it for, and not just what you use it for, but how you use it.
