I'm great, Mark. How are you doing?

I'm good.

Hey, Saturday Night Live, what's this, the 51st season? Can you believe that?

Yes.

Yeah, no, I can't believe it. I know.

You know, I was 25 when I got the job, and somehow I'm now 75.

I can't figure it out.

It sort of went fast in a way when you look back.

But be honest, when you did the first show, what did you think?

This is going to go 13 weeks, 10 weeks?

What did you think it would last to go 13 weeks 10 weeks what

you think it would last you know something it was my first job it was most of our first jobs so

we were just so excited to have our words on television okay and the act is to be on television

we didn't have any idea if this would be successful. We knew it was

different. We knew it was targeting a different audience at the time. It was the baby boomers with

the music and our type of humor. But if you would have said to any of us, hey, the last 51 years,

I don't think a lot of people would have said yes.
