Well, I love news, Max, and, hey, you,, now you're doing an IPO this year. Every other network, of course, is a public company, and it's about time for you guys. Did you pick this because it's an election year?

Well, you know, we've been in business for 25 years, but I think we have a great track record. People for years of asking, how do we buy shares in newsmax it's been privately owned

and I thought and we thought the people that have shares like why don't we open it up because

we'll have you know a half a million people around the country owning shares eventually in

newsmax they're co-owners their partners and they'll be promoting us day and night.

There are already a lot of people, as you know, promoting Newsmax.

We're reaching about 40 million people regularly through all our TV and other systems.

So we thought this is a great idea. And, you know, we look at President Trump's media company, and truth social it's fantastic uh they did four million in

revenues and they're trading an evaluation of eight billion dollars now we're not saying we're

the same as that but news max is you know probably going to do 180 to 200 million in revenue and

we think we're going to do the public will see us as a valuable
