way back, and then the president didn't get enough

votes to qualify and then they had to do dual party.

A president was one party and vice president, the other party, but nothing like this

because of the uncertainty of the terrain.

So Biden, I predicted for more than a year, is not going to be on the ticket.

And there's a vehicle for him not to be.

All he has to do is resign.

And they throw it into the convention, the superdelegates of their call, will select the Democratic nominee.
