Well, I was in Palm Beach, which really is a theme park.

Ultra wealthy people.

They have their own bubble there.

Nice folks.

Very expensive, obviously. It's probably the most expensive real estate in the country now by the ocean and uh i was down there i uh we're doing some work and uh interviews and

things like that uh it wasn't just a on the beach thing.

But what was interesting was that

it was cool down there.

And at one night,

it dropped into the 30s

and giant lizards fall

out of the trees.

And I was giving my friend down there a little jab at you. What am I supposed to do with these lizards that are falling out at my feet here?

Oh.

So in January, a little bit of February, it gets a little cool down, even in South Florida.
