and for the visiting out of towners? What is hot on Broadway? The one the man who knows it all

Good morning. Hi, Ken. How are you? Happy holidays. I'm great, man. I love the holidays.

I don't know about you, but it's just something about New York and the holiday seeing the tree,

or trees, plural up. just the hustle and bustle.

Last night, even though it was freezing last night, but I'll tell you, I was at the Museum of Modern Art for a movie screening of an old Martella Mastriani movie that's been restored.

And we're walking around, you know, Fifth Avenue. It's fantastic. You fifth avenue it's fantastic you know it's

new york there's nothing else like it absolutely and that's why so many people come here for the

holidays right because it is so unique and so awesome and i saw so many families and people walking

down fifth avenue you know at 10 o'clock at night and having a great time.

So the city's terrific.

Yeah, and it's really back.

It has sprung back in a big way.
