All right, welcome back, everybody. So let me just clarify something. I was speaking to the callers about it. We always have great callers on this show. So I made the point that, look, if you're going to defend Donald Trump, you have to be realistic about the charges. Let me just say this again. The reason I thinka lago that case the classified documents one is the

strongest case they have a recording of trump discussing holding the documents they found the

documents they have surveillance footage of his co-defendants moving the boxes around it's bad

evidence doesn't mean it's a slam dunk they still have to prove it a reasonable doubt. We still have to see if they even get a trial in this year. But we've always got to be realistic and accept what the evidence is if you're going to try to defend it. All right, let's talk a little bit. We're talking to so much Donald Trump. Let's talk to so much law. Let's get into something that I really love to enjoy.

this merger between Paramount and Warner Discovery. What's happening?

Well, it's on the table. I don't know that what's going to happen, but they wanted to happen.

And one of the reasons they want it to happen is that Paramount has really sort of been hobbled

over the last few years. And Sherry Redstone, who owns the company, really wants to sell.

And David Toslov, who owns Warner Discovery, really wants to sell. And David Sossbach, with Owens Warner Discovery, really wants to buy.

And if he can do it, then he can merge the Paramount Plus network into HBO Max and

Max, it's all about streaming.

Also, Paramount doesn't really have a lot of feature films right now.
