Oh, you're welcome, Larry. How are you? I'm doing well. What's going on at SNL? They seem to be

firing everybody. No, no, no, not everybody.

But, you know, this always happens in August.

Lord Michaels makes some cash changes.

He takes, he, you know, takes some of the people who haven't really caught on well.

And this time it was Molly Kearney and Punky Johnson who've been there for a couple of years and he's removed them and he'll announce some new people probably some new young people in the next

few weeks but he's getting ready for the 50th anniversary of the show which is unbelievable

if you if you were around 50 years ago and saw it take off the time flew by and there'll be a whole year of

celebrations going on on the show and in February they'll have a big special on NBC. Also in October, October 11th, a movie is coming out directed by Jason Reitman called Saturday Night

and that's going to be the story of the first night of Saturday Night Live.

Wow.

You know it's actors playing John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd and Gilda Radner and Jane Curtin and

Garrett Morris and, uh, and Lauren Michaels. And that's going to be the whole story of how the first

show took off and how crazy it was and how NBC didn't know what to expect. And they thought it would be,

you know, you know, in the middle of the night that nobody would to expect. And they thought it would be, you know,
