It doesn't feel like it, but it is Memorial Day.

So, hey, a big opening this weekend, Mission Impossible, the latest, is this the final Mission Impossible?

They claim?

Well, it might be. They've left the door open.

Only one major character departs the series.

But the interesting thing is that after spending $100 million to promote this movie,

last night previews were a little less than expected,

and the box office was about almost half of this Disney movie.

There's a Disney movie called Lilo and Stitch.

It's the live action version of an animated movie from 20 years ago.

And maybe it's the pent-up demand for kids needing movies, but it did about 14 million

versus Mission Impossible's 8 million. But it's a long weekend, as I just wrote on the site,

these holiday weekends are marathons, they're not sprints, so we'll see how, you know, many more adults come filing into see Mission Impossible.

It's a good movie.

It's like three movies stitched together.

It's an epic.
