left-wing liberal comedian uh uh podcaster he you know actually mark mar Mark Marin was quite the podcasting pioneer.

He was the first really big left-wing podcast.

It was called WTF, What the Blank, WTF with Mark Marin.

It was a big, big podcast.

It was the first one to really catch on.

In fact, 2015, he did that

big interview with Barack Obama. And that kind of opened the door to big high-level politicians

doing these podcasts. Well, he's still doing it, and he just turned down. I remember this is a

Democrat, left-wing, big liberal podcast.

He just turned down Hillary Clinton.

Her people tried to get her on the Mark Maren podcast, and they said no.

And again, Hillary, you know, stuck up there in Chappaqua.

Actually, has a big house in Georgetown,

is for years been like the old lady in Sunset Boulevard, just wandering around the house by herself,

yelling and screaming about the big comeback she's going to make.

But Marin told the Hollywood reporter that, first of all, the success rate of getting to a candid place with politicians is very small.

He said his successful interview with Obama was an exception.

And this is somebody who is divisive and controversial.

He's talking about Hillary.
